Working alongside my Environment Texture/Material Artist Jared Sobotta we were in charge of Look Development for the new faction introduced in the world of TLOU2, the Scars also known as the Seraphites. We designed the visual language, assets, materials and level kits for this new faction. With these level kits we were able to help other members of the environment team build out various sections of the game. In addition to developing the look and creating the assets for the Scars, I also created the capital city of the Scars, Haven which is in the middle of a warzone and being burned to the ground.
